Accessing 5G

To access 5G, you will need a capable device that supports 5G technology. Additionally, you need to be in an area that has 5G coverage.

It’s important to note that when using 2G speeds, certain data applications like streaming audio or video may be affected. In congested areas, you may experience reduced speeds compared to postpaid customers of other carriers.

Data Allotment and Hotspot Usage

For the $30 and $40 plans, you can use your entire high-speed data allotment for hotspot usage. However, once your high-speed data allocation is exhausted, you cannot use the hotspot feature until the next plan cycle. It’s crucial to have a compatible 4G LTE or 5G device to utilize the hotspot function.

For the $50 Plan, you can use up to 10GB of non-sharable data per line for hotspot usage. After exhausting this 10GB hotspot allotment, the hotspot feature will be unavailable until the next plan cycle. Please ensure that you have a compatible 4G LTE or 5G device to access the hotspot functionality.

Similarly, with the $60 Plan, you can use up to 20GB of non-sharable data per line for hotspot usage. Once this 20GB hotspot allotment is depleted, you will need to wait until the next plan cycle to use hotspot again. Remember, you must have a compatible 4G LTE or 5G device to use the hotspot feature.

For Multi-Line Plans, users can utilize up to 10GB of non-sharable data per line for hotspot purposes. After reaching the 10GB limit for hotspot usage on a specific line, the hotspot feature will not be accessible until the next plan cycle. It’s important to have a compatible 4G LTE or 5G device to enable hotspot on Multi-Line Plans.

International Calling

◊ Unlimited Calls are available to up to 21 unique international landline and mobile numbers in Canada and Mexico only. Please note that these numbers will reset every time you redeem a new plan. Calls must originate from the US or Puerto Rico. International roaming is not permitted. These calls are strictly for personal use only. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

This special offer is available with active service for 6 consecutive months on the specified plans. Your Disney+ Premium subscription will end on your Total by Verizon service end date, and any remaining time in your promotional subscription will be forfeited. The $60 plan includes Disney+ Premium, and you must maintain an eligible plan to keep the Disney+ Premium offer. Both offers require users to be 18+.
