Accessible Seating

At Bethel Woods, we provide a limited number of accessible seats for individuals with disabilities and one companion. Additionally, we offer tickets specifically designed for the hearing or sight impaired. To purchase accessible seating tickets, you can visit the Bethel Woods Box Office in person or call us at (845) 583-2000. We prioritize these seating areas for people with disabilities and their companions.

Services for the Hearing Impaired

We understand the importance of accommodating patrons with hearing impairments. If you require assistance, you can purchase tickets for our events by calling (800) 943-4327 or utilizing the New York Relay service by dialing 7-1-1, followed by (845) 583-2060.

For most Pavilion performances, we offer Assistive Listening Devices free of charge. To obtain a device, simply contact one of our helpful ushers. We are also pleased to offer sign language interpretation at select events for guests with hearing disabilities. To ensure proper service and scheduling, we kindly request that you make a request for this service at least 30 days prior to the event. Improved Accessibility & Pedestrian Walkways

To facilitate easy access throughout our grounds, we have constructed paved and crushed gravel walking paths that connect the Healey Brothers parking lots to the main gate. You will find these walkways in the Handicap Parking Lot and across the Bethel Woods grounds. Our attentive Guest Services personnel are stationed along these paths, ready to provide any necessary assistance.

Accessible Transportation Services

For the convenience of our patrons with disabilities and their companions, we offer a shuttle service starting 1½ hours before showtime. This service, provided exclusively for those who require transportation assistance, runs from the designated Handicap Transport Tent near Healey Brothers parking lot area “D” to the lower house-right concession plaza near the main Pavilion stage. Please note that this shuttle service is not intended for general transportation purposes. We kindly request that you respect its intended use when making a request.

We are proud to introduce a new addition to our accessibility services—a wheelchair accessible shuttle. Generously designed, built, and provided by Sam’s Towing & Recovery of Liberty, NY, this shuttle ensures comfortable and convenient transportation for individuals with mobility constraints.

Temporary Wheelchair Use

Should you require temporary use of a wheelchair during your visit, Bethel Woods offers a limited number of wheelchairs. Please approach our Guest Services at the Handicap Transport Depot Tent, located in the lower house-right concession plaza near the main Pavilion stage, to request wheelchair assistance.

Accessible Restrooms

We have specially adapted restroom facilities for guests who utilize wheelchairs. All of our concession plaza restrooms are easily accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Medical Aid

For any medical assistance you may require, our onsite Medical Station is located in the Festival Plaza concession building near the Great Lawn, across from Bethel Woods Drive. If you need medical aid from any location within our venue, simply reach out to any of our friendly Bethel Woods employees, including Guest Services, Security, or Custodial Staff.
