Have you ever felt like you were being taken advantage of by a big corporation? That’s exactly how I felt when Paypal charged my closed credit account without any valid reason. Let me share my frustrating experience and how I plan to fight back.
The Unjust Charges
On October 15th and 17th, Paypal charged my credit account $442.28 and $1000, respectively, under the disguise of online payments. The problem? My credit account had been closed for over 5 months. How could this happen? I immediately contacted a Paypal Credit Representative and was shocked by their response.
The Runaround
After being put on hold for over an hour, I was informed that these charges were made because two past payments I had made did not go through. Unconvinced, I contacted my bank to verify the transactions. To my relief, there were no reversals, and the money had indeed been successfully received by Paypal. Something didn’t add up.
Paypal’s Deception
Returning to Paypal armed with this information, I was promised that the charges would be removed if I submitted the necessary documents. However, on November 11th, I received an email stating that the payment made on July 1st had been reversed. The catch? The payment wasn’t even made from my bank, but from my Paypal balance. It seemed like Paypal was intentionally misleading me.
Desperate Times Call for Action
Fed up with Paypal’s deception, I escalated the issue to a supervisor. However, to my disbelief, the supervisor hung up on me after just one minute on hold. It became evident that Paypal was unwilling to cooperate, leaving me with no choice but to take matters into my own hands.
Standing Up for What’s Right
I refuse to pay Paypal twice for something I have already settled. In my pursuit of justice, I am determined to file a lawsuit against Paypal. But I can’t do it alone. If you have also experienced fraudulent activity by Paypal, I urge you to come forward and join me in seeking justice. Together, we can make a significant impact and possibly turn this into a class action lawsuit against Paypal.
Withdraw Funds, Disconnect, and Share
To prevent anyone else from falling victim to Paypal’s unfair practices, I recommend withdrawing all funds and disconnecting any bank accounts or cards associated with Paypal. Let’s protect each other. This fight goes beyond money—it’s about fighting for what’s right.
Since bringing attention to this issue, my Paypal account has been frozen, making it impossible for me to access my balance. This is clearly an attempt to silence me. But I won’t back down.
Join the Movement
Paypal currently holds a 1-star consumer rating on the BBB, while strangely still maintaining an A+ rating. This situation is fishy, and it’s time to demand accountability. I can’t do this without your support. Together, we can bring Paypal’s unethical practices to light.
