Be a Future Leader

Our internship program serves as a pipeline for top talent, designed to nurture and develop future leaders in the industry. As a Digital Marketing intern at Lands’ End, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and build relationships with both internal and external agency teams. You’ll work on various projects spanning across digital media, all while continuously learning about Google algorithms and marketing technology in a field that is constantly evolving.

Role and Responsibilities

During your internship, you’ll have the chance to:

• Learn the basics of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Paid Search
• Aid in the creation of new content and landing pages
• Collaborate with SEO copywriters to write compelling content and optimize SEO across our websites
• Create weekly reporting documents with search metrics and insights
• Conduct competitive intelligence research
• Attend meetings with agencies, vendors, and internal partners
• Participate in a summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
• Assist with the audit process of search queries and ad extensions
• Contribute to strategy projects as assigned

Your Skills Matter

To thrive in this internship, we’re looking for individuals with:

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• The ability to multitask and work well in a team
• A deadline-driven mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of initiative, motivation, and a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs
